The Messless team begins the personalization process by providing a free consultation that matches our services with the personal needs of the client. During this consultation, experts from the Messless team will take a confidential tour of the client’s space and develop and assess an action plan that will efficiently implement solutions that will best benefit the client.

Creative:
Organization is a creative process, not an event. Experts from the Messless team use an imaginative, innovative, and goal-oriented approach that encourages and inspires clients to envision the ideal image of their dream space and make it attainable. We look for ways to improve and enhance the areas that are challenging for the client so that we may develop a creative and personalized plan to assist our clients in staying focused to achieve the finished results of their vision.

Caring:

The Messless team strives to provide services and support that allow each client to better transition into their new and improved space; therefore enhancing the overall quality of their lives.

At Messless, we specialize in working with senior clients and persons with acute medical diseases. Alisha Gray-Johnson has spent the past ten years working as a Medical Social Worker with Home Agencies as well as five years at a retirement community. She has obtained very beneficial experience caring for seniors and persons with acute medical diseases during this time and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a master of Social Work Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

All professionals on the Messless team are trained to provide the utmost care for each individual client by objectively listening to the needs and desires expressed by the client, as well as ensuring confidentiality for all services provided.

"I am extremely grateful for the help of Alisha Gray-Johnson and the Messless team. They did a fantastic job of helping me get my house in order for the arrival of my first baby. At six months pregnant, I was unable to do the heavy lifting required to prepare the nursery and other key spaces in my home. Alisha swooped in quickly and transported bag after bag of clothing, recycling and other items to donation centers or their new homes. By the time she left, each room she touched was completely clutter free. Clothes hung uniformly from hangers, scarves and sweaters were stacked neatly on shelves, and furniture had been optimally repositioned. In short, the place was messless.
