At Messless, we strive to create implementable action plans for senior clients that will encompass all of the necessary steps to achieve each client’s specific goals while still maintaining the personal home environment they are comfortable in. Alisha has had the opportunity to develop organizational services that specifically accommodate the caring needs for both seniors and persons with acute medical diseases through her work experience as a Medical Social Worker with Home Health Agencies for ten years as well as her experience working at a retirement community for five years.
